Position Overview
The Stocker / Inventory Associate is responsible for keeping the store fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring customers can easily find the products they need.
If you enjoy staying active, working behind the scenes, and helping keep everything running efficiently, this is the perfect role.
Responsibilities
· Unload, unpack, and organize new inventory deliveries
· Stock shelves, peg hooks, and displays according to brand layout
· Rotate products to ensure proper FIFO (first in, first out)
· Maintain clean, organized stockroom and back-of-house areas
· Restock the sales floor throughout the day
· Assist with inventory counts and audits
· Help maintain store cleanliness (sweeping, wiping shelves, removing trash, etc.)
· Communicate low-stock or out-of-stock needs to management
· Provide excellent customer service when needed
Requirements
· Ability to lift 25-30 lbs comfortably (boxes, products, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Able to work on your feet for most of the shift
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
· Positive attitude and team-player mindset
· Retail or stocking experience is a plus but not required
