We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in-office and help bring our brands to life across digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, support marketing efforts, spot trends early, and turn ideas into high-performing campaigns. You will own the content process end to end, from concept to execution, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives.
- Create, film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form content
- Develop content concepts aligned with brand voice, campaigns, and audience
- Stay current on trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar
- Capture a mix of content including behind-the-scenes, product, educational, lifestyle, and promotional
- Write captions and optimize posts for engagement and reach
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Engage with the community through comments, messages, and interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams on launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Travel to marketing events, trade shows, and activations to capture live content and support brand presence
- Support influencer, creator, and user-generated content initiatives
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of social media growth and audience engagement
- Comfortable being on camera or directing content shoots
- Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Highly creative with the ability to bring fresh ideas consistently
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to work on-site and collaborate with the team daily
- Ability and willingness to travel for events as needed
- Experience in beauty, hair, cosmetics, or product-based brands is a plus

You can move quickly, think creatively, and take ownership from idea to final post while supporting broader marketing efforts.
