Ecommerce Manager (In-Office, Houston)
Beauty Elite Group is looking for a results-driven, analytical Ecommerce Manager to own and grow our online presence across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Houston, TX.

Pay: $26/hour plus commission incentives
What you'll do:
- Manage and grow our Amazon presence by optimizing listings, content, A pages, and search ranking to drive sales and conversion
- Own our Shopify stores and TikTok Shops, ensuring a seamless, on-brand shopping experience across channels
- Manage Amazon FBA fulfillment and inventory to ensure healthy stock levels, strong IPI, and on-time replenishment
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, TikTok, Meta, Google) to maximize ROAS
- Work with 3rd-party marketing to manage email and SMS flows in Klaviyo driving retention and repeat purchases
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including sales, conversion, ACOS, and CAC to guide decisions
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and merchandising across all platforms
- Identify growth opportunities through data, testing, and trend-spotting
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, creative, and supply chain to support launches and promotions
What you bring:
- 3 years of ecommerce experience, with proven Amazon listing optimization expertise (Seller/Vendor Central, content, SEO, A pages)
- Hands-on experience running and scaling paid ads (Amazon, TikTok, Meta, Google)
- Experience with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing
- Strong command of analytics and KPI tracking (Google Analytics, Amazon reporting, and similar tools)
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for accuracy and a data-driven approach to decisions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across channels
Nice to have:
- Experience with Amazon optimization tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and influencer/creator-driven commerce
- Background in beauty, cosmetics, or CPG
- A strong pulse on emerging digital and social commerce trends
