Associate, Sales Operations - Walmart

This role supports Walmart stores, Walmart eCommerce, the Walmart 3P Marketplace, and Sam’s Club. It is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work required in Bentonville, and includes travel about twice per year for company meetings.

Responsibilities (include, but may not be limited to):

• Walmart POS reporting
• Own and execute weekly and monthly POS reporting for Walmart, delivering clear insights on sales trends, drivers, and risks.
• Maintain and enhance POS tracking tools and databases, including large‑scale SKU‑level trackers.
• Execute regular POS reporting and tracking for in-store features, rollbacks, and other merchandising activations.
• Execute POS tracking for mod performance after each new mod.
• Deliver Executive POS recaps with clear, concise wording and illustration.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Replenishment, and Marketing to ensure aligned reporting and consistent messaging.
• Item Creation in Customer Systems
• Responsible for accurate and on-time item creation in the following customer systems for all mod items, feature items, ecommerce items, and product launches
• Walmart Supplier1 (Walmart 1P)
• Walmart Seller Center (Walmart 3P)
• Sam’s Club item setup system
• Walmart 3P Marketplace Support
• Responsible for item creation for BBI’s 2 brands that sell on Walmart’s 3P Marketplace.
• Monitor Walmart 3P Fulfillment Center inventory levels, POS, and upcoming promotions.
• Collaborate with internal Supply and Distribution teams to execute shipments to maintain Walmart 3P instock levels and support promotions.
• Upkeep of active 3P item list.
• Tool building and maintenance
• Build and automate Excel‑based tools to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy, including use of lookup logic and structured trackers
• Line Review Support
• Responsible for accurate, on-time submission of Line Review item submission paperwork during Walmart’s annual Line Review season.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teammates to ensure all product specs, forecasts, and images are included in item submission paperwork

• Nested excel formulas
• Microsoft PowerPoint Experience
• Experience with retail math (i.e. calculating year-over-year change, growth rates, IMU %, etc.)
• Experience with creating concise executive recaps from large, complex data sets
• Experience working at a CPG company, retail broker, and/or retailer
• Highly organized
• Ability to utilize timelines to keep projects/ tasks on track
• Self-Motivated in a primarily remote work environment
• Ability to juggle multiple urgent priorities at once and prioritize based on importance.
