Responsibilities (include, but may not be limited to):
- Customer Replenishment
- Own end-to-end replenishment strategy across all grocery and drug customers and/or their distributors, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support customers and optimal inventory levels at customer’s/ distributor’s stores, Distribution Centers, and online Fulfillment Centers.
- Monitor and improve customer in-stock rates, identifying root causes of out-of-stocks and driving corrective action.
- Own OTIF (on-time and in-full) performance at all grocery and drug customers and/or distributors.
- Partner with customer/ distributor replenishment, planning, forecasting, operations, and/ or purchasing contacts to hit key customer deliverables and timelines.
- Utilize customer/ distributor partnerships to influence corrective actions at account level.
- Internal BBI Collaboration
- Influence and collaborate with internally BBI supply, demand, transportation, and warehousing teams to ensure assigned customers are supported as best as possible throughout the supply chain
- Influence internal BBI timelines and decision making to ensure customers are fully supported for mod fills, feature fills, everyday replenishment, and any other customer inventory needs that may arise.
- Partner with internal BBI stakeholders to ensure vendor compliance is maximized at customers.
- Forecasting
- Utilize retailer and/ or syndicated market data (Circana) to forecast sales and identify trends.
- Forecast BBI gross sales for assigned customers at an item, brand, and customer level.
- Analytics
- Provide recurring reports to customers and Sales Leads (POS, gross shipments, and other retailer/ BBI metrics).
- Provide ad-hoc reports to customers and Sales Leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 Years in CPG Industry in Sales, Marketing, Category Management or Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Specific Excel Skills Preferred
- SUMIF(s) and AVERAGEIF(s)
- INDEX(MATCH)
- XLOOKUP
- SUM, AVERAGE, SUBTOTAL
- Absolute, relative, and mixed cell referencing
- Nested excel formulas
- Microsoft PowerPoint Experience
- Experience with retail math (i.e. calculating year-over-year change, growth rates, IMU %, etc.)
- Experience with item-level forecasting
- Experience with creating concise executive recaps from large, complex data sets
- Experience with customer and syndicated data applications (i.e. Scintilla, Circana, etc.)
- Experience working at a CPG company, retail broker, and/or retailer
- Highly organized
- Ability to utilize timelines to keep projects/ tasks on track
- Self-Motivated in a primarily remote work environment
- Ability to juggle multiple urgent priorities at once and prioritize based on importance.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
