Who I’m looking for:
✔️ Licensed Ohio real estate agent with 1–2 years of experience
✔️ Someone who genuinely cares about people and puts clients’ needs first
✔️ A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive
✔️ Strong communicator who follows through and shows up consistently
✔️ Committed to learning, growing, and building a long-term career
