Responsibilities
- Safely operate ladders and scaffolding to access high or hard-to-reach windows, ensuring stability and security at all times
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows using professional tools and techniques, including squeegees, scrubbers, and cleaning solutions
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or materials required for industrial or large-scale cleaning projects
- Utilize fire extinguishers appropriately in case of emergencies during cleaning operations
- Carry out outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols and quality standards
- Execute additional cleaning duties such as floor buffing or surface polishing to complement window maintenance
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
Requirements
- Proven experience with ladder use, industrial cleaning, or outdoor maintenance work preferred
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation required
- Familiarity with the use of fire extinguishers and emergency response procedures beneficial
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Good physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
