What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Associate position at Beautiful Minds?

Beautiful Minds, a mental health agency, is seeking dedicated and motivated Clinical Associates to join our field clinical team!

A Clinical Associate provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their home. He/she completes and reviews clinical documentation. A Clinical Associate also assists in recruiting, interviewing, and providing support to service providers.

**Salary & Rates Commensurate with Experience**

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide clinical services per month. (Telehealth or In Person)
  • Assess clients to define presenting problems, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Recruiting and interviewing of new hires.
  • Monitor the submission of clinical documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to service providers.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events to improve vendor relationships and community partnerships.
  • Promote Beautiful Minds’ philosophy, principles, and procedures.
  • Participate in development opportunities and continuing education for professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience with in-home services
  • Active provisional licensure in the State of New Jersey (LSW, LAC, or AMFT).
  • Experience in a community health care environment, counseling agency, or other related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using computers and related technology
  • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to use his/her own vehicle.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
