Beautiful Minds, a mental health agency, is seeking multiple dedicated and motivated Clinical Associates to join our growing field clinical team throughout New Jersey!
A Clinical Associate provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their home. He/she completes and reviews clinical documentation and also assists in recruiting, interviewing, and providing support to other field providers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide clinical services per month. (Telehealth or In Person as request by client)
- Assess clients to define presenting problems, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
- Recruiting and interviewing of new hires.
- Monitor the submission of clinical documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to service providers.
- Promote Beautiful Minds’ philosophy, principles, and procedures.
- Participate in development opportunities and continuing education for professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience with in-home services
- Active provisional licensure in the State of New Jersey (LSW, LAC, or MFT).
- Experience in a community health care environment, counseling agency, or other related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers and related technology
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy.
- Ability to use his/her own vehicle.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.'
- Work Remotely
**Salary / Compensation is commensurate with experience and licensure.**
