We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a small, dynamic early childhood classroom. Using our ready-to-go Experience curriculum, you'll bring engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons to life and foster curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills in children ages 18 months to 6 years. With our small class sizes, you'll get to know each child individually and give them the attention they need to feel valued, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.
What You'll Do
- Deliver pre-developed lesson plans from our Experience curriculum, adapting activities to meet each child's developmental stage and learning style
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive social interactions
- Use positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful, cooperative conduct among children
- Observe and track each child's developmental progress and share updates with families
- Build strong home-school partnerships through regular communication with parents and guardians about milestones and concerns
- Lead daily literacy, math, and gross motor/physical activities as outlined in the curriculum
- Follow all mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation related to child welfare and safety
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a preschool or daycare setting, with a solid understanding of early childhood development
- Comfort supporting children with diverse learning needs and abilities
- Current (or willingness to obtain) First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with coworkers and engaging families
- Comfort following a structured, established curriculum and classroom routines
- Ability to adapt your teaching approach across infant/toddler and preschool-age groups
Why Join Us Be part of a small, close-knit team where you can build real relationships with the children you teach — and make a meaningful difference in their earliest years of learning. This is a year-round, full-time position with paid holidays off, and our curriculum is already built so you can focus your energy on the classroom, not lesson planning.
