We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across various commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities

• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results
• Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and scissor lifts safely and effectively to reach high or difficult areas
• Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding or safety barriers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Conduct routine inspections of windows for damage or issues that require special attention or repairs
• Follow detailed cleaning procedures to meet client specifications and maintain consistent quality standards
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for each job
• Document completed work and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications

• Vlaid Wisconsin driver lisence with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on window cleaning preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning tools and equipment
• Experience operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is highly desirable
• Ability to work at heights safely while maintaining focus on detail-oriented tasks
• Strong physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
