Infant/Toddler Teacher

About the Position:

As an Infant /Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. You’ll build meaningful relationships with infants and their families while supporting key milestones through engaging care and learning activities.

Qualifications -Requirements (Experience is a Must):

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a licensed childcare program.
• High school diploma or GED required
• CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred or working toward one
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Knowledge of infant/toddler development, health & safety practices, and licensing regulations
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in daily infant/toddler care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide loving, responsive care that supports emotional and developmental growth
• Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and motor activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Observe, document, and communicate daily routines and milestones with parents
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing and health/safety guidelines
• Collaborate with co-teachers and administrators to maintain a high-quality program
