We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable part-time Medical Assistant to join our aesthetics team, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. What You’ll Do:
- Assist cosmetic injector with patient treatments
- Prepare dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and treatment setups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment
- Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions
- Perform blood draws (for microneedling procedures)
- Support front office operations:
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Create invoices & process payments
- Manage and organize medical and office supplies

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to reliably commute to Studio City
- Experience in the aesthetic field preferred but not required
