Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience or interest in aesthetic medicine to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, wellness, and patient care, with a keen eye for detail and a natural sense of artistry. You will be administering injectable and IV procedures, educate patients on treatment plans, and ensure every guest receives a five-star experience aligned with Beauté LAB’s standard of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, IV infusions, vitamin and peptide injections under medical director supervision.
- Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Assist with pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Support promotional events, photoshoots, and educational sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative and operations team to uphold Beauté LAB’s brand and client experience standards.
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Prior medical aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness clinic experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates).
- Excellent communication and bedside manner; ability to build trusting client relationships.
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and holistic wellness.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including select evenings or weekends for events.
