What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of technicians and service staff to deliver high-quality work
- Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow, and job completion
- Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication, accurate estimates, and follow-up
- Minimize equipment downtime by aligning service work with customer needs and timelines
- Prepare service quotes and follow up on open jobs, leads, and new business opportunities
- Monitor sales, productivity, and profitability to meet department goals
- Maintain proper inventory levels of shop supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with parts, sales, and other internal teams to keep work moving efficiently
- Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies
- Provide feedback on customer needs, product performance, and market trends

What You Bring
- 2 years of management experience in a service or related environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or a similar industry preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Organized, dependable, and focused on results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Valid driver’s license
