What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow sales within an assigned Southern NH territory
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in construction and related industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and business owners
- Consult with customers to recommend the right equipment solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and internal teams to drive revenue growth
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Travel regularly throughout the territory to meet with customers and visit job sites
- Proven success in B2B or outside sales (equipment, construction, or industrial experience preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Southern NH

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
