Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, preferred. Experience: - One (1) year of teaching or clinical supervision experience in an accredited/approved vocational/practical nursing program or registered nursing program over the last five years OR three (3) years of experience in nursing administration or nursing education within the last five years; and - Three (3) years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) over the last five years. Licenses, Certifications, and Testing: - Must meet the BVNPT requirements for Director of Nursing, which includes but are not limited to: o Hold a current California active license as a Registered Nurse (RN); o Completed a course or courses with instruction in administration, teaching, and curriculum development.

- Copy of Transcript (Provide copies of all transcripts)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two (2) current letters dated within one (1) year)
- Other (Letter of Interest or Letter of Introduction)
- Resume (Current Resume is required)
