What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Beaumont RV Inc?
RV Dealership is immediately looking for a full time F&I Manager.
The F&I Manager must make credit decisions, submit deals to our lenders for approval and helps facilitate the entire sales process. This position requires excellent customer service and the ability to work well with others.
Duties include:
- Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their purchase process
- Develop relationships with customers
- Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on an interactive process
- Provide customers details on their financing options and products
- Process finance transactions
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals
- Set and achieve targeted sales goals on a monthly basis
- Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
- Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to meet department goals
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Prior sales experience required
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with the F&I process
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- A valid sales license.
- Ability to pass a background check
