Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Salt Loaders to assist customers with loading 40-pound bags of salt and 5-gallon water jugs into their vehicles. This position requires physical labor, excellent customer service, and attention to detail when handling and stacking products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Load 40-pound bags of salt and 5-gallon water jugs into customer vehicles.
- Neatly and safely stack salt and water products in vehicles to prevent damage during transport.
- Provide courteous and respectful service to all customers.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance while on duty.
- Keep loading areas organized and free of debris.
- Follow all safety procedures when lifting and loading products.
Qualifications:
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 40-pound bags of salt and 5-gallon water jugs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
