Overview
We’re building a small, competitive sales team.
This is an in-office sales role with clear expectations and daily coaching.
Expect 70–100 outbound calls per day. People who enjoy a fast pace and measurable goals do well here.

What you'll do
- Call marketing leads and prospects
- Quote auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Follow a proven sales process
- Track activity and results
What success looks like
- 70–100 calls per day. This role is fast paced and activity driven.
- 30 policies per month
- $60k–$80k annual earnings
