We are seeking a results-driven Home Health Marketer to promote our Medicare- and Medicaid-certified home health agency. The marketer will develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations, to generate patient referrals. This role requires strong communication, networking, and sales skills to increase awareness of our services and grow our patient base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Educate healthcare providers and the community on Medicare and Medicaid home health services.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate outreach events, presentations, and networking activities.
- Track and analyze referral sources and marketing effectiveness.
