Beatty Management Group (BMG) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team at Harbor Point, playing a key role in the operation of a 550,000 SF Class A waterfront headquarters. Located along Baltimore’s scenic waterfront, the 27-acre Harbor Point seamlessly blends more than four million square feet of office, retail, residential, and hotel uses, plus 9.5 acres of green space, into a dynamic new extension of the city.

The Facilities Coordinator supports both strategic and day-to-day operations by managing service request workflows, facilitating communication, tracking performance, and ensuring tenant needs are clearly communicated and addressed in a timely manner. This role serves as a key coordination and communication hub between tenants, facilities leadership, and engineering teams within a Class A commercial office building.

Responsibilities
- Manage intake, documentation, prioritization, and routing of tenant facilities service requests through the CMMS or work order platform.
- Communicate service status, timelines, and resolutions to authorized tenant contacts in a professional and consistent manner.
- Perform routine check-ins with key tenant stakeholders to assess satisfaction and identify emerging concerns.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, service coordination, and management teams to align priorities and expectations.
- Track service trends, recurring issues, and response metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
- Accuracy and timeliness of work order processing.
- Quality of tenant communication and follow-up.
- Effectiveness of coordination across facilities and engineering teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in facilities coordination, property management, or client-facing operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
