Rover – Barback / Food Runner / Busser
At Rover, this is the utility position.
You are the backbone of service.
You keep the bar stocked, the food moving, the tables clean, and the flow tight. When the room is busy, you’re the reason it works.
This is a high-energy role for someone who likes to move, stay busy, and be essential to the team.
What You’ll Do
Behind the Bar
- Keep ice and glassware stocked
- Refill beer, wine, and spirits as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Support bartenders during high-volume service
On the Floor
- Run food quickly and accurately
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and servers
- Pre-bus and fully reset tables with urgency
- Bus tables and prep for the next guest
- Keep service stations clean and organized
All Shift Long
- Anticipate what the team needs
- Move with speed and awareness
- Jump in wherever service needs support
