- Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400 (dependent on miles and experience)
- Mileage pay: $0.55–$0.65 per mile
- Trainee pay: $650 per week during 4–6 week OTR training
- $15 per stop; safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile
- Paid one‑day orientation: $300

- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age: 21
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); recent graduates encouraged
