Class A CDL Truck Driver - Welcoming New CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL regional drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, to operate 53' refrigerated (reefer) trailers across the Western 11 regional lanes. This is a 100% no‑touch, primarily drop‑and‑hook role that offers structured OTR/regional training with a dedicated trainer/mentor, paid trainee support, competitive compensation, and full benefits shortly after hire.

Schedule And Operating Details

• Operating lanes: Western 11 regional lanes.
• Freight type: 100% no‑touch refrigerated (reefer) freight.
• Training: 4–6 weeks OTR/regional training with a trainer/mentor for drivers with less than six months’ experience; paid trainee support during training.
• Home time: Bi‑weekly with a minimum 34‑hour reset at home; schedule may include day or night runs as required by route assignments.
• Estimated mileage: Approximately 1,800–2,200 miles per week (may vary by run and experience).
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• $1,200–$1,300 (per week (dependent on miles and experience).
• Pay per mile: $0.51 per mile.
• Trainee pay: $680 per week during the 4–6 week training period for drivers with less than six months’ experience.
• Stop pay: $15 per stop.
• Monthly performance‑ and safety‑based bonus opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and minimum age of 21.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction (required for recent graduates).
• Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.
• Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons.
• No DUI convictions; certain felony convictions or recent misdemeanors may disqualify—each offense will be reviewed as part of the company safety assessment.
• Demonstrated stable work history consistent with industry standards (generally at least six months employment in the last year and one year in the last three years).
• Ability to pass required pre‑employment screenings, including DOT urine drug screen and hair test where required, and background checks.
