- $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and experience)
- Mileage pay: $0.55–$0.65 per mile
- Trainee pay: $650 per week during 4–6 week OTR training
- $15 per stop; safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile
- Paid one‑day orientation: $300
- Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days
- Dedicated Mid‑Atlantic / Eastern Seaboard regional lanes
- Company‑provided 53' dry vans; primarily no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook)
- Average weekly miles: 1,800–2,500 (route dependent)
- Typical home time: bi‑weekly (some schedules operate 12 days out / 2 days home)
- Day or night shifts as assigned
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age: 21
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); recent graduates encouraged
- Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within the past five years)
- Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks
