Compensation & benefits
- $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and stops)
- Pay structure: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience) plus $15 per stop
- Safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident-free performance and fuel-efficiency targets
- Trainee pay: $650 per week for drivers with under 6 months’ experience (4–6 weeks)
- Paid orientation (one day at the nearest hub): $300

Job details
- Freight: 100% no-touch dry van
- Geography: Eastern Seaboard regional lane
- Training: 4–6 weeks with a trainer for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
- Schedule: Regional trips with bi-weekly home time (typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2 days)
- Average miles: approximately 2,500 miles per week
- Must be available for day or night driving as required by dispatch
Minimum requirements
- Age 21 or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
- Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
- Reasonable driving record with no recent major violations or suspensions
- Employment history consistent with safety and reliability expectations
