- Freight: Primarily no‑touch dry van (drop‑and‑hook); occasional live load/unloads
- Training: Drivers with under 6 months’ experience will ride with a trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks; orientation in Salt Lake City, UT
- Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts; drivers must be willing to work either
- Average weekly mileage: approximately 1,900 miles
- Home time: every other week
- Equipment: All‑automatic, newer trucks
- Compensation & benefits
- $1,300–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and load volume)
- Trainee pay: $650 per week during the 4–6 week training period
- Base pay starts at $0.50 per mile
- $15 stop pay
- Monthly safety bonus
- Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
- Minimum qualifications
- Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
- Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
- Generally stable 10‑year work history; reasonable exceptions for schooling or training will be considered
- Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
- All criminal offenses will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
