- Operate company-provided automatic tractor and assigned trailer safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Run a dedicated regional account (OR, WA, ID, MT) with 100% touch freight.
- Complete typically 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load, following assigned schedules and routes.
- Maintain accurate logs, shipping paperwork, and required driver records.
- Conduct basic pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and partners.
- $2,000–$2,600 per week
- Hourly pay: $29–$31 per hour (based on experience) with overtime after 40 hours.
- Estimated annual earnings: $109,000–$133,000.
- Paid weekly.
- Monthly bonuses (safety and mountain bonuses).

- 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years.

- No major moving violations (e.g., excessive speeding 15 mph over limit, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months.
- No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests; not subject to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) return-to-duty requirement.
- Valid DOT medical certificate with at least 75 days remaining at time of orientation.
- Not terminated from the last two driving positions (Class A or B).
- Residence requirement: must live within 50 miles of Seattle, WA or Portland, OR, or within 25 miles of Eugene, OR.
