Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Football Camp coaches to coach at our summer Football Camp in Danbury, CT. CAMP IS HELD JULY 6, 2026 - July 10, 2026
Duties
- Help plan, organize, and execute all football camp activities, including drills, games, and instructional sessions
- Help develop age-appropriate training curricula that promote skill improvement, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and respond effectively to any emergencies or incidents
- Foster a positive camp culture that encourages participation, respect, and personal growth among campers
- Perform any other additional administrative duties assigned by the camp Director and Admin when necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in coaching or playing at a competitive level
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams of coaches and campers
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience working with students or youth in educational or athletic environments
- Knowledge of safety standards and emergency response procedures in a camp setting
- Ability to adapt instruction to various age groups and skill levels
