JOB SUMMARY:
Preps meats, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Supports the pit cook. Delivers prep in company vehicles to satellite locations. Washes tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment and general dishes. Offers support in other areas of the kitchen, as needed, such as the cookline. Performs final plating & garnishing of cooked items. Cleans kitchen equipment. Maintains quality, sanitation & cleanliness of stations. Follows the direction of management on tasks beyond this description as needed.
***Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
