Promotions Coordinator

Beasley Media Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Promotions Coordinator to work with all five Beasley stations: Country 102.5, 98.5 The Sports Hub, 105.7 WROR, and HOT 96.9. We are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, and creative individual with a strong interest in events and grassroots marketing to join our team.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee the Beasley Street Team for all station events including scheduling of staff, coordination of on-site logistics, and execution of eventsWork directly with the Sales, Marketing, and Programming departments on creating and executing sales marketing campaignsResponsible for Street Team recruitment and trainingOrganize and maintain all promotional giveawaysUpdate and maintain each station’s events calendar on their respective websitesMaintaining station equipment and vehiclesAssist in creating engaging social media content from station eventsRequired Experience & Skills:Minimum 2 years of promotional experience (media experience preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Audition)Experience with WordPress or other web CMS platformsExperience with social media scheduling platformsKey Competencies:Strong customer service skillsProven team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesCreative thinking and innovationSchedule Requirements:Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.Last date for consideration: Until filledTo apply, please mail or email your resume, cover letter to:bostonjobs@bbgi.comBeasley Media Group, LLCAttn: Human Resources – Promotions Coordinator1075 Main Street, Suite 300Waltham, Ma 02451Beasley Media Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Powered by JazzHR69hEouHUVb
