Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on-site
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a tidy work area
- Support team members in completing project deadlines and quality standards
- Follow detailed instructions and work under supervision to complete assigned tasks
Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance work (nice-to-have)
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for consistent attendance
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
