Beasley Construction Services LLC is growing and looking to hire reliable, hardworking construction workers who take pride in quality craftsmanship.

We are currently hiring:

• 2 Construction Workers with 1–3 years of experience
• 1 Lead-Level Construction Worker with 3 years of experience

We perform a wide range of residential construction and remodeling work including:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Decks
• Framing
• Drywall
• Flooring
• Windows & doors
• Exterior repairs
• General remodeling

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and shows up on time
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and jobsite safety
• Transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Preferred Skills

• Framing
• Roofing

• Light Electrical
• Light plumbing
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities

Lead Position Requirements (3 Years Experience)

The lead-level position should be able to:

• Work independently
• Read basic plans/layouts
• Lead small crews when needed
• Maintain quality standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
