We’re seeking Snow Crew Members to join our dedicated team for the winter season. This position is ideal for hardworking, safety-minded individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a reliable snow operations crew.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform snow and ice removal on commercial, municipal, and residential properties.
- Clear sidewalks, entryways, and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and other hand tools.
- Assist with loading and spreading de-icing materials (salt, sand, calcium chloride, etc.).
- Support heavy equipment operators and truck drivers during snow events.
- Maintain safe work practices in all weather conditions.
- Follow all instructions from crew leaders or site supervisors to ensure timely and complete service.
- Report any safety hazards, property damage, or equipment issues immediately.
- Help clean and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment before and after snow events.
