What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACCOUNT MANAGER position at Beary Landscape Management Inc?
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for your customers. Your goal is to develop long-term, loyal relationships and provide top-tier landscaping services efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, including site walk-throughs, formal meetings, and issue resolution that lead to 90% account renewals.
- Sales: Grow existing account and earn new work to meet branch goals. This will involve proactively identifying areas of opportunity with your customers, developing accurate estimates and take-offs.
- Business Development: Sell and maintain acceptable gross margins for contracts and enhancements.
- Production Communication: Exceed the needs and expectations of your customers by developing strong, collaborative partnerships with the Production Team and Branch Manager.
- Administrative: Responsible for preparing sales reports, estimates, contracts, enhancements, and accounts receivable.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
