Registered Nurse - Acute Care/ED
Status: Per Diem – Non-Exempt
Reports to: Acute Care/ED Clinical Supervisor

Purpose and Scope of Position
This position is responsible for directing and participating in the provision of nursing care to the patients of Beartooth Billings Clinic. This position plans, directs, controls, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with standards of evidence-based practice and facility policies and procedures. Registered Nursing staff may be assigned the responsibilities of the RN House Supervisor to coordinate the management of clinical activities of the facility during their assigned shift so that optimum quality of patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
This position interacts with the Clinical and Multi-disciplinary team members to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational. and spiritual needs of the patients and families.

Job Requirements
1. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Montana or current multi-state license with the ability to practice in all compact states.
- Healthcare provider CPR, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- PALS, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
- TNCC, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire for full time and part time staff.
2. Preferred Qualifications
- TNCC will be optional for per diem staff members in coordination with Acute Care / ED Manager.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse required for House Supervisor duties.

Salary : $34 - $41
