Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bloomington, MN for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs. Day-to-day tasks include delivering financial plans, overseeing investment strategies, and coordinating with internal and external experts to ensure a holistic approach to wealth management. The role also involves understanding client objectives, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, and identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancements within the client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Relationship Building
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Investment Management, and Wealth Management strategies
- Solid understanding of Tax Strategies, Charitable Giving, and Estate Planning
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations, Compliance Strategies, and Industry Trends
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial solutions customized to client needs
- Proficiency in CRM and financial management software systems
- Advanced credentials preferred: JD, CPA, CFP, CTFA, MBT, LLM.
- 8 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
