What You’ll Do:
As Bakery Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations—bridging the gap between the ovens and our customers.
- Baking Operations: Lead the daily scratch production of pastries, breads, and seasonal goods. Ensure everything looks and tastes absolutely perfect before it hits the case.
- Supervise Shifts (FOH & BOH): Run daily shifts and manage scheduling. You will keep our bakers and front-of-house staff working like a well-oiled machine.
- Kitchen Admin: Manage inventory, order ingredients from vendors, control food costs, and keep waste to a minimum.
- Safety First: Maintain a spotless kitchen that exceeds local health and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience in a bakery, café, or kitchen setting. Professional baking/pastry experience is required.
- Shift Leaders: Proven ability to delegate, solve problems on the fly, and keep team morale high during busy morning rushes.
- Certifications: Valid Food Protection Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent).
- The Essentials: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (those flour bags are heavy!). Early birds only—morning shifts start early!
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
