Your Role
As an RN at Beardstown Health & Rehab, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting residents on their road to recovery and independence.
Responsibilities include:
Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
Planning, coordinating, and overseeing quality care services
Collaborating with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Encouraging restorative care and resident independence
Supporting residents and families with professionalism and compassion
Maintaining established standards of nursing care and safety
Assisting with additional duties as assigned by leadership
Who We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Passionate about patient care and teamwork
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Strong communication and organizational skills
