As the Rental Operations Center Manager, you will lead a team that provides support of our rental product line for our National Account customers & branches across North America. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of large rental events & projects supporting National Account customers and the branches. In this role your event team will support the execution of the largest live events across the country. You will develop a strategy to grow our event management operations team to support radio, video & data rentals. You will also provide inventory & manpower support to branch teams across North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to make decisions real time in addressing branch and customer needs
- Provide leadership and cultivate an environment in the Operations Center that is inclusive and centers on teamwork
- Experience in managing a P&L including managing costs
- Project management and proper delegation of tasks to team
- Management of vendor relationships and pricing structure
- Ability to improve on policies & procedures
- Ability to overcome internal & external conflicts
- Ability to travel to customer events to staff and support, as necessary
- Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 5 years of experience in the wireless communication rental business
- Must have 3 years of experience in leadership role
- Technical acumen in the area of RF (radio frequency) is preferred, but not required.

- Must have a valid drivers' license and proof of insurance.
