Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role based in Spokane, WA. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. Daily responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, completing repairs, and documenting all work performed. The role involves interacting directly with customers, explaining findings and recommendations in clear terms, and ensuring a clean, safe work area at every job site. The technician will also assist with system start-ups, basic installations, and follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for HVAC systems, including identifying mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues.
- Experience with maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance of heating and cooling equipment.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally in customers’ homes or businesses.
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain) for safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC trade program or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Ability to lift and move equipment, work in varied weather conditions, and safely use tools and ladders.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications.
