What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner position at Bearadise?
SUMMARY- We are looking for trustworthy and reliable vacation rental cleaners in Big Bear. Must be honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, have a high cleanliness standard, reliable transportation, and a friendly personality.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Turnovers includes following a cleaning checklist, washing linens and towels, inspecting the property and reporting any damages, and submitting house photos when finished. We supply all necessary equipment and supplies.
SCHEDULE - Our regular turnovers are 11am-4pm. We are currently only accepting applicants with weekend availability.
PAY - $20-$25/hour, and we have consistent work year-round even in the shoulder seasons. We start new teammates at $20/hour and give raises until $25/hour based on cleaning quality, efficiency, and reliability.
