Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other team members on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral concerns and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in your work.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.

- Familiarity with behavioral health principles and practices is essential.
