Job Overview
We are seeking a Seasonal full-time general maintenance worker who will help with maintaining the grounds, facilities and equipment at the campground to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests. This position requires a hands-on individual with some experience in general maintenance and ability to perform a variety of outdoor tasks. We are looking for someone who is able to work on projects but with the ability to provide help with more pressing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care duties, including mowing, week whacking, trimming and general grounds maintenance.
- Complete general maintenance and repair projects throughout the property.
- Perform seasonal outdoor tasks including landscaping, site cleanup and property beautification.
- Maintain roadsides, common areas and campsites to ensure they are neat and presentable.
- Help maintaining campground equipment and report any repair needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a prompt professional manner.
- Help cleaning and maintaining pool as necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment and facilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform sometimes demanding work regardless of weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid drivers license is preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
