Job Overview
We have a need for a ROCKSTAR for our In-House sales team and you will receive commission bonuses based on performance. Upside is unlimited.
This position will require someone to be a fast learner, organized and have the ability to work in the office Monday - Friday without exception.
This position will work along side our leadership team. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a MUST!
This Inside Sales representative is responsible for creating brand awareness and driving new customers into our fold.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Initiative Initiative Initiative. There are a 100 ways to get in contact with cannabis factory customers and all of them are on the table and expected of this position.
- Building trust and rapport with wholesale customers. We expect “white glove” proactive service to our customers, potiental customers and to build our Raving Fan base!
- Drive wholesale customer conversion up with outreach calls, messages and emails.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Great communicator with excellent listening skills
- Possess a positive learning attitude and a genuine interest to continue individual growth
- Must have the ability to work as a team player and collaborate with teams
- Ability to proficiently work on Apple computer and use Google Software
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on B2B and technology sales
- Strong negotiation skills and experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently
- Demonstrated success in business development and outbound calling
- Experience in utilizing warm calling techniques for lead generation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
