Description:At Bear Paddle Swim School, we believe that learning to swim should be an adventure! Our unique results-focused story-based curriculum engages children through imaginative narratives, making every lesson not only educational but also fun. We are dedicated to creating a positive and safe environment where kids can develop essential swimming skills and gain confidence in the water. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 14 locations across the US. As a Swim Teacher at Bear Paddle Swim School, you will play a vital role in nurturing young swimmers and helping them master water safety and swimming techniques through our engaging, story-based lessons. You will work closely with children aged 6 months through teenage years in a dynamic, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:Conduct Swim Lessons: Teach swim classes following our curriculum, ensuring that each lesson is interactive, fun, and tailored to the skill level of each student.
