Bear Paddle Swim School uses a results-focused, story-based approach to teaching lessons to build confident and skilled swimmers, so parents can rest assured that their child is having fun while learning to swim. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 15 locations across the US.
Our Swim School Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Swim School, including meeting financial goals, providing the highest quality swim lessons, excellent customer service, and maintaining facility standards. Responsible for coordinating operations and procedures for the Swim School, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Ensures that all team members adhere to the standards set to ensure the company's success.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 years of management experience preferred.
- Aquatic background is not required.
- Lead and manage staff of 15-25 employees.
- Oversee the quality and success of the school by managing daily operations.
- Work with staff on student progress, customer service, and engagement.
- Hiring and training staff.
- Upholding standards in water and facility safety by completing daily checklists.
