Client Care Provider

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality care to individuals in various settings, including group homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and fostering a supportive environment tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Assist clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive client information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health care, senior care, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory-related conditions is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
