- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Provide assessment of the residents’ conditions and respond accordingly
- Maintain effective communication with other staff
- Complete reports such as changes in residents condition report, incident and accident reports, etc
- Provide immediate response to situations of resident risk such as allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property
- Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
- Maintain and restore residents physical and mental health functional abilities
Education and/ or Experience:
- Current Nursing License
- Prior Long-Term Care setting experience preferred
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Must be physically active with the ability to lift, bend, push, pull
