Delivery Helper - 4 day work week- $21/hr

Bear Logistics Services LLC is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that delivers packages to Amazon customers. We are looking for flexible delivery helpers for both PART-TIME and FULL-TIME. Part time is 2-3 days per week, full time is 4 days per week.

As a delivery helper, you are determined to successfully get every package to the customer’s door. You’ll use technology to locate and deliver packages. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are a reliable, eager to learn, comfortable working at a fast pace, organized, and able to follow written and verbal directions.

General Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:

• Routinely deliver 300 packages per day in 10 hours or less
• Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and punctually
• Work with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Behave as a responsible and courteous teammate
• Show excellent attention to detail
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Operate a smartphone for delivery, and daily records
• Represent Bear Logistics Services LLC and Amazon in a professional and ethical manner
• Maintain excellent attendance

Applicants must ensure quality standards on and off the road & should be willing to support other team members in need of help.

Applicants should also demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to load vans and deliver packages by climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions.

This role does not require you to drive and you do not need driving or delivery experience.

Basic Qualifications of a Delivery Associate:

• Must be willing to work at least one weekend day each week
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English (training is conducted in English, and most customer notes will be in English)
• Possess a valid, physical copy of a US issued driver’s license (no CDL necessary)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Must be available to work a shift that begins at 11AM and ends when work is completed for the day (not to exceed 12 hours)
